Apostle Marvin is a decorated U.S. Army veteran and apostolic leader who brings prophetic insight, humor, and biblical wisdom to the body of Christ. He is the founder of Atmosphere Christian Center and co-pastors alongside his wife of 34+ years, Apostle Dr. Madeline Marvin. Together, they are raising up disciples and establishing Kingdom culture in the earth.

Apostle Dr. Willie L. Marvin Sr. is the Founder and Senior Pastor of Atmosphere Christian Center in Columbia, South Carolina. A decorated Desert Storm veteran and former U.S. Army Staff Sergeant, he served 11 years in the military as a Food Service Manager, where he was honored with the Philip A. Connelly Award for Excellence in Army Food Service for three consecutive years at Fort Ord, California.
Following his military service, Dr. Marvin answered the call of God and founded New Life World Ministries in June 1994. This ministry later evolved into Atmosphere Christian Center—a Spirit-led, multicultural, non-denominational church committed to prayer, discipleship, and the advancement of God's Kingdom on earth.
Apostle Marvin is known for his cutting-edge revelation, practical wisdom, and humorous, relatable teaching style. His ministry has empowered thousands to experience restoration, healing, and financial breakthrough by applying simple, biblical principles in their daily lives.
He co-pastors ACC with his wife of over 34 years, Apostle Dr. Madeline Marvin, and together they have raised a legacy rooted in faith, family, and Kingdom purpose. They are the proud parents of four children—Ebony, Willie Jr., Julius, and Montel—and grandparents to 21 beautiful grandchildren.
Apostle Marvin continues to serve as a spiritual father, mentor, and apostolic voice, equipping believers to walk in authority, steward their calling, and live victoriously.
